Going Dotty

Black polo neck crop top - Primark
Black clutch - Primark

I'm trying to become more organised with my blog and with what I post and when I post it. I like to think I'm quite an organised person and hopefully this will come across.

As you may have guessed what I love is fashion and I want to share with you my personal style through my blog. At the moment I do two outfit posts a week and I've been toying with the idea of doing a casual/daytime look for Tuesday's posts and a smart/evening look for Thursday's as that's when we're getting ready to go out for the weekend and a little inspiration is always helpful! That's what I'll be trying out for now to see how well it's received so please let me know what you think...

As evening lighting isn't great I have to take these outfit pictures during the day which can sometimes be very awkward! Especially when the builders see me leaving my house and probably think to themselves "what is she doing" haha. But hey! A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. So I decided to share with you a fun evening look which is quite laid back but good for going clubbing, drinks etc.

For this look I wanted the main focus to be the leggings because of their print; I must admit that I'm not too keen on the colour of these, they look very much like skin and because they're so tight - they have the ability to suck you all in completely - the colour becomes quite an unflattering one but River Island have some other amazing prints and they are really great for shaping your thighs and bum! The rest of the look is pretty simple all black, which is the great thing about buying a statement piece, you can dress down the rest of the look and let the print do the talking!

I added a clutch to smarten up the look and my trusty black boots, but you can change that to converse for a casual look or some sky high heels for an even more dolled up look! I also added silver accessories which I've found a new love for. I wore a small pair of silver hoops from a jewellers in Portugal (I'm still searching for the perfect pair) a silver Primark necklace and silver Primark rings. (Primark has some great jewellery at the moment, so if you can you should definitely pop in to see what you find).

Also, I hope you like the photos! My friend and I have become crazy ladies constantly meeting up whenever we're both in London (we're away at uni during the week). I leave my house in so many different outfits in the space of a couple of hours but it's honestly so much fun! We've made the streets our runway. Every time we take a picture that we think looks very "blogger-esque" we have a mini scream and get so excited haha!
