Bicycle

Get me, matching my accessories to a bright orange bicycle I spotted on the streets of London. I love the pop of colour; I'm really loving the colour burst trend, especially orange and cobalt blue as I think they really pop! I'd say this is my take on styling something vintage in the city as sometimes it can be a little hard to incorporate vintage into a city look.

I love the ripped jeans trend but it took me a while to actually get my hands on a pair I liked. These are a pair of slim fit mom jeans in a vintage wash and I absolutely adore how they look! It unintentionally turned into a biker look with my leather jacket and boots. I love lace! I've worn this bralet countless times now, I want to make the most of the summer and wear it as often as I can, it looks great with everything.

I wore a very similar, basically identical, look when I went to the ASOS #epicsummer party. I just switched the bralet for a simple white cami as I felt a little more comfortable in it, whenever I'm in London I'm never too keen on wearing statement summer pieces on a day-to-day basis because it doesn't feel right so I like to save these for an event or for a holiday abroad, but if you're confident then go for it!

This last photo looks like I've been a diva and knocked out my camera girl with my handbag haha! I can assure you that didn't happen.

How do you style something vintage in the city?

    1. Definitely do! They're the best pair I've found and because they're slim fit I find they're easier to style. Primark has been really good for bag bargains this summer! X

  5. The lace of the top is amazing, and the way that you've paired it with the ripped jeans dresses it down just enough to stop it from being overly girly - ace!

(And also can't believe the bag is from Primark, nice find!)

    1. Aw thanks sweetie! How likely was it that I'd find a bright orange bike in the middle of London?! As soon as I saw it I knew I needed to snap up some photos! I love the jeans too, completely agree with what you said - rips are perfect to make a look more edgy! X
