Knee High

Fedora - Primark || Oversized jumper - River Island || Skirt - H&M || Boots - H&M || Backpack - New Look

So ever since fashion week, and seeing how other bloggers and fashionistas styled knee high boots I just knew I needed to invest in a pair.. and so I did. I had a mini dilemma when it came to choosing though; I initially saw a pair of New Look knee high boots but just wasn't smitten, then 20% student discount came along (my bank account was not impressed) so I caved and ordered the River Island boots which I featured previously in my Autumn Wishlist, but then I popped into H&M and saw these knee highs.. they were of course much cheaper and 20% off made them even cheaper. So I ended up keeping these, and I think they're really, really cool!

I love roll necks and this oversized top/dress is fab! I bought it and then couldn't find it online, but not to worry it quickly re-appeared as part of River Island's new A/W range, which is full of gorgeous knits. It's so versatile with slits on either side so can be tucked in with a skirt, worn as a dress, with a pair of jeans, anything! I put on my fedora, a £7 Primark bargain, say what?! I added my backpack for a relaxed finished look, with my favourite gold jewellery bits because why not?

How would you style knee high boots?

  1. I absolutely wish I could pull off a hat because I love that and it's such a reasonable price, too! I struggle to manage to wear knee high boots as I think they should be worn like this, with a bare leg, and it's always too cold for that! This looks brilliant, though :)

    1. I was the same until I finally bought a fedora last year and actually really liked it! I do have a small head though so I have to be careful when it's windy or I'll lose it haha! I'm hoping to try wear these with jeans or leggings, or something because it's definitely getting way too cold for bare legs! X

    1. I think they're maybe a little too "baggy" especially where it meets the ankle but to be honest I'm just a huge fan! They were so much cheaper than any other pair so I'm a happy shopper ;) Thanks lovely X
