Leopard, Check

Duster coat - Primark || Cape - New Look || Belt - River Island || Top - Primark || Skirt - H&M || Frilly Socks - Topshop || Boots - Park Lane via ASOS || Bag - Parfois

Was there any point me telling you where my skirt and top are from? Probably not seeing as you can barely see either beneath this gorgeous cape. I set my eyes on buying a cape for A/W and came across this check beauty, it's very similar to last years hugely popular reversible Zara scarves. It's perfect because I essentially have at least 4 different wears out of this cape - 2 patterns and 2 styles (a cape and/or a large scarf) - that makes me one very happy lady!

I belted the cape and threw on my duster which has been my go-to. I tend to glue myself to my leather jacket when the weather gets colder but I want to widen my range of outerwear this year.. any excuse to shop really haha! I actually got asked where my coat was from and the girl looked shocked when I told her it was only £20 and from Primark.

Lastly, I've been obsessed with these flat leopard print booties, I've worn them almost every day, I've surprised myself with the fact they've only come up on my blog now! They've been on my Instagram a few times and now they're making their blog debut. I think autumn is the perfect time to experiment with prints and layers and that's exactly what I've done. I've mixed different prints which I actually really like, I don't know if I'm biased because I love leopard print but I think leopard print looks good with anything!

Have you been mixing prints this season?
Leave me any comments below :)

P.S. It's your last chance to enter my giveaway, the winner will be announced October 5th.

    1. The belt came with a pair of shorts and I didn't even like it haha, but now I love the sort of vintage-look of it! X

  7. Your fringed red tartan New Look cape looks pretty worn by you. I'm sure your H+M skirt is pretty too. Perhaps we'll get a better look at it in a future outfit post? Artistically coordinated complementary prints look nice together when chosen well. I haven't found the right combination of outfit pieces yet but haven't stopped looking. Your outfit looks lovely.
