Hello from France! Once again I've been on the move and am currently writing this post at midnight whilst trying really really hard not to fall asleep - I'm so tired! LFW really took it out of me this season and although I was only around for 3 days I'm definitely feeling it. Day 1 for me was all about the 70's trend and incorporating some of this seasons hottest tones and textures of course. Believe it or not I had ordered a billion different things for fashion week but when I got home nothing looked the way I had envisioned so I ended up making a bunch of returns on the eve of LFW. So Friday morning was all about experimenting with some new things and some old.

I wore a gorgeous suede skirt in my favourite a-line style paired with a dress - which I wore as a top - from Missguided. This whole look screams 70's to me and I just can't help but love a little bit of suede in my life; but I think what makes this outfit is the dress, the detailing is gorgeous I mean, how cute are those sleeves?! I wanted to stick to a neutral palette and flung my Boohoo biker jacket over my shoulders for the fashionista kind of look. Footwear of choice were my snake print beauties from ASOS which I absolutely adore even though they were torture for my feet, I'm pretty sure they're sold out now though but I'll be sure to link up a similar alternative because everybody needs some snake boots in their life I'm sure of it.

  4. This is such a nice outfit and so fashionable for the event. I adore the skirt so much too and do the dress as a top a lot.

    1. Thank you Jackie! I really liked wearing the dress as a top - it's a little too short for fashion week as I was constantly running around but loved using it as a top! X
