What a crazy month it's been! November is always such a busy month for me, there's just so much going on. Whether it's the craziness surrounding Cyber Week/Black Friday or Gift Guide creation in full swing, there's always something happening. This year, the month of November was no different and I've been keeping myself really busy. So here's a little recap of my month...

Christmas Gift Guides

I shared my 2019 Christmas Gift Guides a couple of weeks ago on my YouTube channel and I'm really happy with them! I worked so hard on my Gift Guides, I always do. It involves so many emails, a lot of planning, note taking, colour-coding, hours filming and even more hours editing. So it's a huge relief when I finally get to share them with you.

Every year without fail I get myself pretty worked up and a bit run-down/stressed during planning that when it comes to filming, I'll almost always have some sort of angry breakout. Last year I had an awful outbreak on my cheek and this year I had a couple of breakouts around my mouth and between my brows. So not fun when I'm about to embark on a week of filming videos...

...with that said, they're up and all went well (maybe a minor hiccup or two along the way). I'll be sharing some more gift guides next week on my blog too!
& in case you haven't noticed, I also have a NEW Christmas section on my blog! You can see that here.

Books

This month I've been terrible with my reading. Despite thinking that winter is the perfect time of year to settle down with a hot drink (hot chocolate is my hot beverage of choice), wrapped up in a cosy blanket reading a book at home. I find I just don't get the time to switch off and read a book to be honest. I'm a much more avid reader in the summer! These days, when I do get a few hours to kill, I find myself watching series (or should I say, falling asleep to series) instead.

Birthday Weekend

As I write this, I've just come back from a weekend getaway in the countryside with a close knit group of friends where we celebrated my 25th birthday. I'm hoping to share at least one or two blog posts from the trip though so more on that soon, or in next month's roundup instead!

I think that's it for this month, this is probably one of my shortest monthly roundups. I feel as though I've spent the majority of November engrossed in work and so much has been going on yet I have so little to show for it. It's quite a strange way to end a month actually. With that said, I couldn't be more excited about December, my birthday month, Christmas month and just such a lovely time of year!
