Biker Chic

Queue the typical blogger photos on an empty road, walking up and down, and side to side. I must admit these are my favourite type of photos, I think they come out looking really cool haha. The title of this look says it all really, it's a seriously laid back look as it's super simple to achieve but it looks like you've spent some time and not just thrown together the nearest clashing prints you could find in your wardrobe.. exactly what I did shhh! Here's what I'm wearing...

A slick back ponytail, sunglasses, a leather jacket, the lot - all I'm missing is a motor bike and then I really would be a biker chick (chick? Or is it still chic - when I write chic I say it "chique", is that just me?). I love this long striped top, I've been into stripes lately and pairing them in different ways - it's amazing how versatile stripes can be. The dress/top looks so short in these photos, I didn't realise, and I think the addition of the shirt tied at the waist didn't help either.. oops. Without the addition of the shirt tied at the waist it comes down to a slightly more reasonable length, I promise!

I love the checkered shirt tied at the waist trend, I think it's such a cool way to add some print to your outfit and if it gets cold.. well, you have that shirt tied around your waist now don't you! Haha, always adapting to the weather in London! I love the clashing prints, I think they go really well together because of their different colours. I just wore my leather jacket on top, which is basically my go-to jacket all year round if I'm honest.

These slip ons were so affordable I just had to snap them up! I wasn't sure about whether or not I'd like them but the trend has just blown up and they are such a comfortable shoe! I love the coral colour of these, I think it's really nice for the spring and summer. Oh no way?! A black bag! As always, no surprises when it comes to my choice of bag. I added some sunglasses and massive hoop earrings, which I think don't look too bad but you can completely disagree - I might be biased, I'm a big fan of hoop earrings.

Sunglasses - Primark || Earrings - Primark || Rings - Primark

What do you think of mixing stripes and checks? Would you wear this outfit?
