Wrapping Up This December

I've been counting down the days 'till December for a good few months now, counting down the days 'till it's finally acceptable to blast Christmas songs, drink many hot drinks a day and completely immerse myself in the Christmas spirit! Although now that we've actually reached December I don't feel quite as festive anymore - retailers have pushed forward Christmas by months now so when we finally reach December, I'm all Christmassed out!

One thing about December I don't think I'll ever be tired of is the introduction of winter style, although if winter style could come without the freezing temperature attached that would be even better! I think I'll be bundled up in roll necks and faux fur for the remainder of winter (and officially winter hasn't even started yet *brrr*)

I've been struggling a bit with outfits recently, I don't know what else to wear other than my winter uniform and I find that with blogging I need to be different, up and coming so to speak, but honestly, I just want to wear knitwear and roll necks so I haven't experimented at all. I've been loving this faux fur coat from Primark (a total bargain at £25!) it somehow goes with everything I already own! I paired it with the cosiest pink knit from Baukjen. My faux leather trousers are from New Look and amaaaaazing, I've mostly worn them on nights out but I think they look great paired with trainers on a casual day or over the knee boots like I wore here.

Next week I'm going to Portugal - which will also be freezing contrary to popular belief - where I'll force myself to experiment a little more with my winter wardrobe.

So what can you expect to see from me throughout the month of December? Lots of layering, lots of outerwear and probably a very red nose!
