Would it even be fashion week without the standard model selfie? That happened in the Ashley Isham show, a really fun show to watch - it just looked like a good time and I wanted to jump up and get involved. There was a giant fan (abviously) to show off the gorgeous dresses - although it gave the models a really hard time as they walked away, one girl nearly fell but she kept her cool and made it safely to the other side - as well as funky swimwear and summer accessories, and not forgetting men in pants, and by pants I mean briefs. Yep, you read that right - if you don't follow me on snapchat: pee.xo then you genuinely missed out. I actually really liked the male rompers.. I'm not sure if they'll catch on (I'm pretty certain my boyfriend wouldn't wear one) but there's just something about them that I really like. Anybody agree with me? Of course, once again, the dresses were really the most eye-catching and basically make me wish I were Cinderella and heading to all of the balls.
This was my last show of Day 1 and a great way to end it, last season I didn't make it to Ashley Isham and heard people raving about it so I'm pleased I managed to get a seat this time around.
