A few weeks ago Swimwear 365 hosted an event at Move Your Frame to get us summer ready; I'll be the first to admit I'm not at all into fitness. The last time I went to the gym was probably in year 11 when we were forced to go as part of our curriculum and basically I'd just sit on the bicycles all day (we did have spin classes which I enjoyed though!) I'm definitely not motivated enough to go to the gym myself, I wouldn't know what to do and I think I'd just end up embarrassed about it. So classes like this are a great way to ease into it.

I really enjoyed our class, I was awful (no strength at all) but it was good fun and completely different to anything I had ever done. I have never tried pilates let alone reformed pilates but it was good fun to try out both. Our hour workout was followed by an amazingly healthy breakfast of acai bowls and protein pancakes, both of which I was pleasantly surprised by and would definitely be ok with if I had to eat them daily.
